Before starting the test, we set the following parameters in both campaigns to ensure comparability:
the same, but at least two variations of ads for each campaign;
For the LAL campaign, we excluded the RMK audience (an audience that has a significantly higher conversion rate compared to the acquisition audience).
During the testing itself, the following points should be kept in mind:
the campaign should be displayed throughout the day;
A group can spend up to 2 times the daily budget – with JOK this can happen simply – by moving the bid a little;
Ideally, review and optimize cashapp database campaigns at the end of each workday.
And finally: the results!
In our testing, we used standard creatives without any discount offers. The better creative dominated in both tested campaigns. It didn’t happen that one ad performed better for one targeting than another.
What did we learn from the data?
JOK in most cases resulted in a 30% higher CTR
JOK targeting generated 4.8x more impressions and an average of 6x more clicks than LAL targeting
CPC for LAL targeting was 7 productivity tips for small business owners significantly higher, averaging 6.3 times
Another factor in the evaluation was the quality of the traffic, measured by the time users spent on the site. In 75% of cases, users from LAL targeting spent more time on the site, although the difference was not as significant as we expected. On average, users from LAL targeting spent 26% longer on the site .
Even though we excluded rmk
LAL targeting, we reached an average of 10% of the rmk audience , which was comparable to JOK targeting, where exclusion was not possible.
When analyzing the conversion data between Sklik and GA4, we find significant differences. According to Sklik data, in most maldivian lads cases we observed significantly better results from LAL targeting, including higher conversions and better conversion rates.
In contrast, GA4 data shows less differences between campaigns. JOK targeting in GA4 shows almost 4 times the number of conversions compared to the data recorded in Sklik , and in many cases it matches or even surpasses the results of LAL targeting.
