What should companies and marketing/PPC specialists do together?

which will be more harmed by handing over a huge amount of data about the behavior of people/their customers vs. e.g. a few % of measured conversions). Only 21% of people in the US/UK trust big brands to actually protect their data.

The Cookies bar is a “Consent bar” and does not end with the end of third-party cookies

The bar is just one of the options for obtaining consent for a specific use. With new parameters (e.g. ad_user data for Google), consent  does not bc data europe only apply to first or third party cookies.
